RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Thanks for purchasing our products at www.crichhairandbeauty.co.uk

In order to be eligible for a refund, you need to contact us & return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it & undamaged/opened in any way.

Return shipping must be paid by customer, if refund is accepted for a valid reason we will refund the shipping cost if the customer obtains proof of postage.

Refunds & returns can not be made on any used cosmetic purchases for hygiene reasons & we do not offer refunds on sale items.

Postage costs are not included on refunded items.

If the parcel is returned to our address by the courier after attempted delivery & then being sent to the customers local depo to await collection. The parcel will be held at the customers local depo for 30 days. If collection is not attempted in this time the parcel will then be returned to us, in this case we will be willing to offer a partial refund so our delivery costs are covered.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
